___HEALTH POLICY GUARANTEES AND VALIDATION

1. Sugar Gliders are guaranteed to be in good health for 72 hours from the date of sales. We do offer a longer health guarantee for 10 days from the date of sale, HOWEVER, in order to validate this guarantee, Purchaser must pay a licensed veterinarian of their choice to examine the animal within 3 days of purchase. If the animal is found to be unhealthy, Purchaser must present a written statement on veterinary letterhead describing the illness.
2. It is the Purchasers’ responsibility to notify the Seller Immediately if the pet is determined to be in poor health.
3. If the Sugar glider is found to be medically deficient, We will either refund the full purchase price, or replace the animal upon availability. We will take the sick animal back into our possession for care and treatment.
4. If the Sugar Glider passes away within 7 days time (after the vet check), you have a choice of 2 options. After providing the veterinary bill of clean health and the carcass, we will refund your full purchase price, or we will replace the animal upon availability.
5. If the animal is not examined by the Purchaser’s veterinarian within 3 days after purchase, the Purchaser thereby demonstrates that they do not accept full responsibility for the pets’ health, and do thereby release the Seller from any further liability.
The health guarantee is void for those who ship that do not purchase a Veterinary Health Certificate.

___EXCLUSIONS / NO UNWRITTEN WARRANTIES

A $50-$100 non refundable for classic grays and other colors is required to hold the Sugar Glider/s until s/he is ready to leave. If you show interest in a certain Sugar Glider a deposit must be placed on him/her within 7 days of notifying us of the Sugar Glider/s you want. The deposit DOES go towards the price of the Sugar Glider. Once deposit has arrived your Sugar Gliders will be marked as SOLD.
